New Microsoft option to get started with certification.

I know, sometimes there are so many different options, programs, websites, it seems hard to keep track of it all. However, this new one seems like a good deal, expecially for someone new to Microsoft Certifiations. Essentially, you create an online profile where you get recommendations, training, tips and exam discounts.
