Job Related Skills Summary
I'm an IT Director with a long list of Microsoft and VMware certifications. I have a degree in Network Administration. I also have a broad background in telephony, working with Aspect ACD products Interactive Intelligence, and outbound predictive dialers. I am also certified on MS Project, and have done some Project Management. I have also attended ITIL Foundatioins training.
Most recently in my current role, I have been deploying a new VMware environment on vSphere 5.1, on a EMC VNX 5300 SAN, with the host servers being HP BL460c G8 blades in a HP c7000 enclosure.
I have used Group Policy, Active Directory, WSUS, WDS, and all core Microsoft and Windows management tools. I'm expert with desktop OS from Windows 3.1, 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7. On the server side, familiar with NT, Server 2000, Server 2003, and Server 2008. My certifications are in Server 2003 and 2008.

SEO - I have been involved with Search Engine Optimization since the 1990's. I actually held certifications in SEO in 1999-2001, which have lapsed since accepting my curent job. I practice these skills regularly on hosted and owned sites.
Google Adwords and Adsense - Adwords arbitrage, advertising for hosted and owned sites.
Google Local Search - work with several local companies to secure, create, manage and optimize local search placement to dominate local search.
Targeted email marketing using hosted lead generation systems to develop leads, and communicate to those leads with the goal of conversions.
Domain name investing - buying, parking, reselling domains, and sniping expiring domains.
Web site hosting - I have a web hosting resellers account, and host several sites for small local businesses.
Web site design - Design using Microsoft Expressions Web 3, as well as Joomla, Drupal, and Wordpress, and my NEW Favorite; Concrete 5. Now, HostGator offers Concrete 5 as a scripted install.
